A security deposit of $500 (without suite) and $800 (with suite), along with any outstanding balance, must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to your event date. The security deposit is fully refundable within 48 hours of the event as long as the venue remains intact, clean and there is no unauthorized use of the space.
